OK, so the term “Bright White!” might best be thought of in terms of white porcelain and what it looks like when it’s new, perfectly clean and looks like the picture to the left. But we also use it here to communicate the most thorough deep cleaning service we offer. In addition to being perfect for move in/move out situations, it’s for when your home has gone a long time between professional cleanings, when you feel your home needs a lot of extra care, such as when you want a true “Spring” cleaning service, or if you have areas that need a professional maid’s attention. These services are typically two to three times more extensive than (and sets the baseline for) a Subscription Service and will leave your home absolutely spotless!
Subscription Service
Cooperative Cleaning’s Subscription Service is designed to keep a recently cleaned home in immaculate condition. It’s recommended for clients who depend on a consistent, reliable cleaning maintenance service. Please note that if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned by a maid in several weeks (or months!), or you want a onetime clean, we recommend booking our “Bright White!” service first as this establishes the baseline upon which our Subscription Service can be consistently maintained.
Laundry Pick-up & Delivery
Cooperative Cleaning’s Subscription clients also benefit from our exclusive dry cleaning and laundry service. Of course we are happy to wash, dry & fold your laundry when we are visiting your home. But in addition, we can also have your clothes professionally cleaned returned on our next visit, or before. Working in partnership with our neighbor, Harbor Gate Cleaners, together we insure your laundry is washed, folded and packaged, dress shirts and blouses starched (or not) and ironed , boxed or hung on hangers as requested, and delivered to your doorstep in as little as four business days.
Carpet "Dry" Cleaning
Cooperative Cleaning uses the HOST “Dry” Extraction Carpet Cleaning process that is totally unlike steam cleaning or carpet shampooing, which not only can take up to two days to dry, but often leaves a chemical residue to cause rapid re-soiling.
HOST is a soft, environmentally responsible organic product that works in much the same way as an ordinary kitchen sponge. Just like you would use a sponge to wipe up a spill, or to wash and absorb dirt from a counter or wall, HOST is used to wash and absorb dirt from your carpet fibers. As with using a kitchen sponge, you want to limit the amount of water you use while cleaning. Think of the carpet pile as a vertical surface, like a wall. If you use too much liquid, it will run down the yarn toward the carpet backing, just as too much liquid runs down a wall. And if you allow this dissolved dirt to run down the backing, it is extremely difficult to remove.
HOST carries its ingredients to the carpet fibers in a controlled way. The soft HOST sponges contain all the liquid necessary to dissolve and absorb both water based and oil based dirt. It’s moistened with water and a blend of environmentally friendly ingredients, and because HOST is a low moisture cleaning system, when we’re finished cleaning, your carpet is dry and ready to use immediately.
